Green Education is the key to solving our economic woes

Since we are one of the few green educators for those interested in green industry potential yet recognized as leaders in the US I think you will agree and appreciate our approach. We should know by now real estate is the great equalizer. Cure that disconnect and most of our problems go away. Green building and the energy sectors create value, plain and simple. This is the new industrial revolution, and let’s begin not tolerate republican and democrat whining. After green certifying 4300 in just 24 months we still have so developers, those in politics and in high places who still are so uneducated. It amazed me that most still feel it is more expensive to build and or renovate green and do not understand first costs vs life of a structure and marketing potential. So while people lose jobs and green products and systems manufacturers are hungry, in fact starving for their products to get to market, this is the precisely the disconnect. Is it me or isn’t it common sense how important Realtors and Mortgage, finance, inspection, and those professionals in charge of valuations for the built structure to get education? They are in properties 24/7 to make money from this sector so do they have a stake or what? This is our target market. There is such a disconnect. If anyone has goals for overcoming obstacles for development for renewable energy I can tell you, it is education. When you wonder how to have effective communication for all of the above it is communication. When you wonder how private investors and pension funds and bankers will change their views about what the new green revolution can mean to a real estate investment it is education. Real Estate is the great equalizer and the great destroyer. Every market, every product and every system and service somewhere in the “chain” has real estate in their portfolio or in their short and long term investment plans. Since land and the structure on the land is real estate, can’t you just see the potential for taking all of the old farms that aren’t selling, and old factories that are sitting and all that land that is sitting and turn it into bio refineries? So, I train, STOP COMPLAINING. Get into the game.

Millionaires and Billionaires will be made in the next 5 years and those skeptics who want to keep thinking this is about tree hugging, and saving the polar bear should turn on their MBA, they learned nothing and move over for those who see caring about the future through their children’s eyes will prevail. But understand this hits every concern. There are those who want to combat high utility bills they are going green. Those who believe in global warming are go green. Whether you hate funding terrorism or just don’t want to rely on third world countries controlling our energy consumption for and gas oil, jump in and get involved. So if you are wondering what this means to your business, to your as an individual put education at the top of your goals and all will fall into place. Real Estate will rebound, people will buy if they have a better home and lower utility bills. Investors will invest in bio refineries, and jobs will be created for new technologies. Remember computers? On all of the land that is just sitting that is for sale. and the incentives the administration may be offering can kick start us all.

Every person involved in these issues owns a home or will buy or lease. the possibilities and opportunities are mind boggling. They want to effect change so what is wrong with that right about now?

How can millions of people to ask E-invention for investors for a green energy.?

I have a theory for a green energy Invention. I need venture capitial or individual investors. I am limited because I do no't even a computer. I'm using a local library. I am new to using a computer. I've taken 3 classes. I talked to a physics professor about my invention. I asked the professor to prove me wrong. When the Professor could not prove me wrong and he angrily said: "It will never work, but if it works, you'll win a Nobel prize." I need To get help, the patent and build a prototype. My problem is that I have no money. I am a 51-year-old unemployed, self-taught, a construction worker. My invention is the World End fuel addiction and stop the pollution caused by energy producted. Imagine cheaper electricity bills and a car that uses no fuel and you never have to plug in. Just take it until something breaks. A drive shaft or wheel bearings, something like that. If you want to change the world please contact me interested.

GreenCell Technologies, Canada: Today, virtually all commercial trucks are powered by diesel fuel, while private cars are fueled by gasoline. Supported by our National Energy Policy, a new generation of technologies is currently being developed that allow the use of hydrogen as a fuel to power cars and trucks. In the future, hydrogen may be used in one of three ways to power vehicles:

To produce electricity in a fuel cell,

As a replacement for gasoline or diesel fuel in an internal combustion engine,1 or

This document is intended to be a safety reference for commercial vehicle fleet owners and operators that use vehicles or auxiliary power units powered by hydrogen fuel. It was designed to provide commercial vehicle owners and operators with a basic understanding of the properties and characteristics of hydrogen, descriptions of the types of systems that might use hydrogen fuel on commercial vehicles, and practical guidelines for the safe use of hydrogen, both on vehicles and in vehicle maintenance and storage facilities.

Hydrogen is the most abundant element in our universe. In addition to being a component of all living things, hydrogen and oxygen together make up water, which covers 70 percent of the earth. In its pure form, hydrogen is a gas at normal temperatures and pressures; it is the lightest gas (even lighter than helium), with only 7 percent of the density of air. If you get it cold enough (-423 °F), gaseous hydrogen will liquefy, and it can be transported and stored in this form.

GreenCell Technologies, Canada: There is virtually no “free” hydrogen on earth—all of it is combined with other elements (mostly oxygen or carbon) in other substances. Every molecule of water contains two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. Hydrocarbon fuels such as coal, gasoline, diesel, and natural gas also contain hydrogen. In the case of gasoline and diesel fuel, there are approximately two hydrogen atoms for every carbon atom, while natural gas contains four hydrogen atoms for every carbon atom. To be used as a fuel, hydrogen is typically separated from either water (via electrolysis) or from a hydrocarbon fuel (via reforming).

Regardless of whether hydrogen fuel will be used in a fuel cell main engine, a fuel cell APU, or an internal combustion engine, there are different ways that it can be stored on the vehicle. Some fuel stations include liquid hydrogen storage, but on the vehicle, hydrogen is usually stored as a gas at high pressure. It is also possible to store a liquid fuel (gasoline, diesel, or methanol) onboard a vehicle and then use an onboard reformer to separate the hydrogen just before it is used in the fuel cell engine. While this requires additional equipment on the vehicle, it removes the need for high-pressure gas storage. These different storage technologies can introduce significantly different potential hazards, including very high pressure (gaseous hydrogen storage), very low temperature (liquid hydrogen storage), or high temperature (liquid fuel reforming).

GreenCell Technologies, Canada: All motor fuels, including diesel fuel, gasoline, and natural gas also pose risks of fire and explosion if handled improperly. Hydrogen is no different. While there are risks, hydrogen can be as safe, or safer, than diesel and other fuels when vehicles and fuel stations are designed and operated properly. All fuels require particular design and handling practices based on their properties, and all present certain hazards when mishandled. Understanding the properties of hydrogen is necessary to understanding what is required to use it safely.

GreenCell Technologies, Canada: Hydrogen gas is colorless, odorless, tasteless, and noncorrosive—and it is nontoxic to humans. It has the second widest flammability range in air of any gas, but leaking hydrogen gas rises and diffuses to a nonflammable mixture quickly. Hydrogen ignites very easily and burns hot, but tends to burn out quickly. A hydrogen flame burns very cleanly, producing virtually no soot, which means that it is also virtually invisible. The extremely low temperature of liquid hydrogen poses a severe frostbite hazard to exposed skin.
